..My beginner's course is designed in such a way that a few basic exercises are taught in a short time... that would not stress the student too much but at the same time derive perceptible benefits in the form of improved fitness and positive frame of mind.
WHAT IS YOGA: Yoga is a comprehensive exercise regime for the body and mind, that originated in India more than 5000 years ago .The ancient yogis of the time had developed a profound understanding of man's essential nature and of what she needs to live in perfect harmony with herself and the environment .Taking into account the close interrelation between the body and mind ,they formulated a unique method of maintaining this balance -a method that combines essential aasanaas(postures) with suitable breathing and meditation techniques required for optimum physical and mental health.
